One-line description. The internal Orchard team I lead — 27 active agents running the day-to-day production, hiring, comms, and coaching cadence. Distinct from The 50OS, which is the productized coaching curriculum the team consumes.
Why
Listing Legends is the operating business: the actual revenue-producing team at Orchard. Everything else in the portfolio either supports it (curriculum, infra, hiring), spins off from it (The 50OS as a productized coaching layer), or runs adjacent to it (Capri / personal production).
This hub is the parent for the team-side work: the daily rituals, the comms cadence, the hiring funnel, the agent/setter pilots happening with specific team members. The 50OS hub owns the curriculum-side work that those agents consume.

Live ongoing operating business. 27 active agents on team_id 38. Running the 5-weekday Sales Check cadence, the Wednesday agent newsletter, an active setter pilot with Marissa Tah, and an open hiring pipeline for appointment setters.

Listing Legends consumes The 50OS curriculum. The 50OS productizes what's been running on Listing Legends. They're parallel Tier-1 operating businesses today, with overlapping people but separate scopes:
- Listing Legends owns: who's on the team, how the team runs day-to-day, hiring, comms, deals.
- The 50OS owns: the agent/setter/admin curriculum content, the cohort program, the publishing surface for those programs.
