One-line description. Template + partials + Tally intake that stamps out a 30-day setter handbook for any team agent who hires an ISA.

Why

When a team agent hires their first appointment setter, the setter needs a 30-day onboarding workbook. Writing one from scratch each time wastes hours. So the system uses one shared template plus partials. Universal content lives in partials. Per-agent content lives in frontmatter. Truly one-off content lives in the agent's own section.

The default assumption is that any new change is universal. The FAQ compounds across agents. One edit propagates to everyone.

Current state

The system shifted on 2026-04-24 from PDF-in-Drive to web-hosted at handbook.rycolston.com. New work uses skills /new-setter and /deploy-setter-site. The legacy PDF skills (/push-pdf, /new-setter-workbook, /push-all-setter-pdfs) were retired and archived to ~/systems/skills/_retired/ on 2026-05-13. Tally form for intake is live. Project home: ~/content/setter-workbook-site/ (Phase 1 ingestion). The active Tally client + mapping live next to new_setter.py in that folder as of 2026-05-13. Marissa Tah is the pilot (her ISA started 2026-04-22).

Next 3 actions

  1. Replace skeleton scripts (§7.1, §7.2, §7.3, plus the closing line that lived at §1.6) with real scripts.
  2. Finalize Inbox Zero cadence + text/email templates in shared partials.
  3. Onboard agent #2 once a second team agent is ready to run a setter.
